REFUND POLICY

This policy applies only to the Barber Collectives Business Partner Program. Physical-product orders from our store are governed by the Returns & Refunds policy.
1. Application Fees
Submitting an application is free. No payment is collected to apply.
2. Discovery Call
Discovery calls are complimentary and carry no financial obligation. You may reschedule or cancel through the booking link in your confirmation email.
3. Program Enrollment — 7-Day Review Window
If you enroll in a paid Program tier, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your enrollment date, provided that you have not yet accessed more than the introductory module(s). Requests must be submitted in writing to support@barbercollectives.com and include your enrollment confirmation.
4. After the Review Window
After the seven-day window, the Program is non-refundable. This reflects the immediate access you receive to materials, frameworks, calls, distributor introductions, and other resources that cannot be returned.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- 1:1 sessions, audits, or reviews that have already occurred.
- Introductions or approvals that have been delivered or facilitated.
- Add-on services, software subscriptions, third-party fees, or upgrades.
- Enrollments terminated for breach of these terms or the Program Terms.
6. No Outcome-Based Refunds
Refunds are not issued based on business performance, lack of revenue, distributor approval outcomes, platform approval outcomes, time commitment, or any third-party decision. See the Program Terms regarding the absence of earnings or income guarantees.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these terms, results in immediate suspension from the Program, and may be disputed with the card issuer using your enrollment record and access logs.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email support@barbercollectives.com with the subject line "Business Partner Refund Request" and include your full name, enrollment email, and enrollment date. We respond within 3 business days.
