Processing Times
In-stock orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $99.
- Standard: 3–7 business days via UPS, USPS or FedEx Ground.
- Expedited 2-Day and Overnight options available at checkout.
- We ship to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries via DHL, UPS Worldwide and USPS International. Delivery times typically range from 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You can also track your order anytime at /track-order.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package on arrival. If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days at david@barbercollectives.com so we can open a carrier claim on your behalf.
Address Changes
Reach out as soon as possible if you need to change a shipping address. Once a label is printed, we cannot guarantee an address change but will do our best to help.
