RETURNS & REFUNDS

30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in original condition with all packaging, manuals, blades/guards and accessories included.
How to Start a Return
- Email david@barbercollectives.com with your order number.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid label for eligible US returns.
- Pack the item securely and drop it with the carrier.
Refund Timing
Once your return is inspected (typically within 2 business days of arrival at our warehouse), your refund is issued to the original payment method. It can take an additional 3–10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of use (oil residue, hair, scuffs, broken seals).
- Clearance / final sale items, marked as such at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
Manufacturer Warranty
Every product we sell comes with the full manufacturer warranty because we are an authorized dealer. If your tool fails within the warranty period, contact us and we will help coordinate the warranty claim directly with the brand.
Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you — including replacement and return shipping.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and any customs duties are non-refundable.
