These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of barbercollectives.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products or services offered by VGR USA LLC d/b/a Barber Collectives. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

Products & Pricing

We are an authorized dealer for the brands we carry. Product descriptions, images and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders (including orders placed at a price posted in error), and to verify information prior to accepting an order.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and Shop Pay. By submitting payment information you authorize the applicable processor to charge your selected payment method.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

See our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Warranty

See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Manufacturer warranties are passed through to you as the end customer.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, video, logos, and the "Barber Collectives" name — is owned by or licensed to VGR USA LLC d/b/a Barber Collectives and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Third-party brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) misuse the Site, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access, (c) scrape or reproduce content at scale, or (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. VGR USA LLC d/b/a Barber Collectiveswill not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
