MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

These Mobile Terms of Service (the "Mobile Terms") govern your participation in the Barber Collectives mobile messaging program (the "Program") operated by VGR USA LLC d/b/a Barber Collectives("Barber Collectives", "we", "us"). By opting in to the Program you agree to these Mobile Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Program Description
Barber Collectives uses the Program to send recurring automated marketing, promotional, transactional and informational text messages, including drops, restocks, order updates, shipping notifications, and abandoned cart reminders. We may use cookies and information about your shopping cart activity on barbercollectives.com to determine when to send abandoned-checkout reminder messages.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in (via a checkbox, keyword, or checkout opt-in), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Barber Collectives at the number you provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency & Fees
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may applydepending on your wireless plan. Barber Collectives does not charge a separate fee for the Program.
Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the short code or long code that sent you the message. After you send the STOP message we will send you one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us, but you may receive messages if you sign up again.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, Google Voice, and most other US carriers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in.
Privacy
Information you provide as part of the Program is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your mobile number to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Changes
We may modify or cancel the Program (or any of these Mobile Terms) at any time without notice. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
