PROGRAM TERMS
Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance
By submitting an application, attending a discovery call, or enrolling in the Barber Collectives Business Partner Program (the "Program"), you agree to these Program Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of the Program
The Program is an educational and partner-network offering that provides training, playbooks, templates, and curated introductions intended to help serious operators launch and grow a barber-supply business. The Program does not employ you, does not form a partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship, and does not guarantee any business or sales outcome.
3. No Earnings or Income Guarantees
- We make no earnings, income, or financial-return guarantees of any kind. Any references to revenue, profitability, or growth are illustrative and not a promise of results.
- Results vary materially and depend on each participant's experience, capital, effort, market conditions, execution, and many factors outside our control. Most new businesses do not succeed.
- Nothing in the Program constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for engaging your own licensed professionals.
4. Wholesale, Dropship, and Distributor Access
- Enrollment in the Program does not automatically grant wholesale pricing, dropship privileges, distributor accounts, or access to any third-party supplier.
- Future wholesale or dropship participation, where available, requires separate application and approval by Barber Collectives and/or the applicable distributor, and may require additional agreements, minimum purchase requirements, business verification, and compliance commitments.
- Distributor and brand relationships are owned by those third parties. We do not control their approval decisions, pricing, terms, or availability.
5. MAP Pricing, Distributor, and Platform Compliance
Participants must at all times comply with: (a) Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies of every brand and distributor they carry; (b) every distributor or manufacturer agreement they enter into; (c) the policies and acceptable-use rules of every platform they sell on (Shopify, Google Merchant Center, TikTok Shop, Meta, Amazon, and others); and (d) all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including consumer protection, advertising, tax, sales, e-commerce, and intellectual-property laws. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Program without refund.
6. Application Review
All applications are reviewed personally. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not entitle you to enrollment, a discovery call, or any specific response.
7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All Program materials, training, templates, frameworks, and proprietary processes remain the property of Barber Collectives. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use them solely for your own business while enrolled. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or use Program materials to operate a competing training or coaching business.
8. Conduct
Participants must conduct themselves professionally, honor all third-party agreements, and avoid any conduct that damages the reputation of Barber Collectives, our distributors, our brand partners, or the broader Program community.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any participant for breach of these terms, breach of a distributor/platform/MAP policy, abusive conduct, fraud, chargebacks, or any conduct we reasonably determine is harmful to the Program. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barber Collectives and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising out of or related to the Program. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Program will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Program in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active participants by email. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Refunds
See the Program Refund Policy.
