Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct that is prohibited on the Services. It supplements the Terms of Service.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not, and may not allow others to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services, including CollectiveOS, Builder Mode, Intelligence, or the Recommendation Ledger.
  • Scrape, harvest, or copy content from the Services at scale, or train AI or machine-learning systems on Academy materials, partner content, or platform data without express written permission.
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly post Academy lessons, downloadable resources, partner curricula, templates, or any other licensed materials.
  • Interfere with, disable, or overload the Services, including by sending automated traffic, exploiting vulnerabilities, or bypassing rate limits.
  • Impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or create accounts by automated means.
  • Use the Services to send spam, harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Use the Services for activity that is misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent, including manipulating reviews, referrals, attribution, or commissions.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, content removal, suspension, termination, recovery of unpaid balances, and referral to law enforcement. Severity of action is at our discretion and based on the nature, frequency, and impact of the conduct.

Reporting

To report a suspected violation, contact us at the address below with relevant details so we can investigate promptly.

Changes

We may update this AUP as the Services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by a new version and effective date in the Legal Center.
