Scope

This Business Partner Program Agreement ("Program Agreement") governs your participation in the Barber Collectives Business Partner Program (the "Program"). It supplements the Terms of Service and any program-specific refund policy.

Nature of the Program

The Program is an education, enablement, and access program that provides curriculum, tools, dashboards, the Launchpad, wholesale eligibility pathways, and selected platform features. The Program is not an employment, franchise, agency, joint-venture, or distribution arrangement. You operate your business independently and at your own risk.

No Earnings Guarantee

We make no guarantee, projection, or promise of revenue, profit, savings, or business outcomes. Examples shared in the Program reflect specific situations and are not assurances of your results.

Wholesale Access

Wholesale access, where offered, depends on satisfying eligibility criteria (which may include verification, curriculum completion, account standing, and approval by Barber Collectives). Pricing, minimums, terms, and approved categories may change.

Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, insurance, and tax registrations required to operate your business. You will comply with all applicable laws, including consumer-protection, advertising, and data-protection laws.

Confidentiality

Program materials, dashboards, internal communications, financial data, and unreleased features are confidential. You will not disclose them outside your business, and you will not use them to compete with Barber Collectives or to assist a competitor.

Conduct

You will represent Barber Collectives honestly. You will not make false or misleading statements about products, the Program, the Academy, or CollectiveOS. You will follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All Program materials, curriculum, dashboards, templates, and platform features are owned by Barber Collectives. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use them for the operation of your own business while you are in good standing. See the Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.

Fees and Refunds

Program fees, billing cadence, and refund eligibility are described at the point of purchase and in the program-specific refund policy. Where you continue to access the Program after a refund window has closed, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Term and Termination

The Program Agreement continues while you are an active participant. We may suspend or terminate participation for material or repeated violations, for risk or compliance reasons, for non-payment, or where required by law. Confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitations of liability survive termination.

Limitation of Liability

The limitations of liability in the Terms of Service apply to the Program.

Changes

We may update this Program Agreement. Material changes will be reflected by a new version and effective date in the Legal Center.
