Scope
This Creator Partner Agreement ("Creator Agreement") governs your participation in the Barber Collectives Creator program, including referral tracking, payouts, and any content collaborations. It supplements the Terms of Service.
Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Creator Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes, business expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.
Referrals and Attribution
Commissions are paid on qualifying orders attributed to you through approved tracking links and channels. Attribution windows, qualifying products, hold periods, and exclusions are described in your creator dashboard and may be updated. Orders that are refunded, charged back, fraudulent, self-referred, or that violate this Creator Agreement are not eligible.
Payouts
Payouts are issued on the cadence described in the creator dashboard, subject to minimums, hold periods, and verified payment details. You are responsible for ensuring your payout information is accurate and current.
Promotional Conduct
You will represent Barber Collectives honestly, follow FTC and equivalent disclosure rules in your jurisdiction, clearly disclose your relationship with Barber Collectives, and avoid misleading claims. You will not bid on Barber Collectives trademarks in paid search, run coupon-site arbitrage, intercept brand traffic, or otherwise engage in attribution practices we have not approved in writing.
Content
Where you create content using Barber Collectives products, branding, or assets, you grant Barber Collectives a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing the Services. You retain ownership of your underlying creative work.
Intellectual Property
Barber Collectives' branding, product photography, templates, and platform features remain owned by Barber Collectives. You receive a limited, revocable license to use approved assets to promote the Services.
Compliance and Tax
You are responsible for collecting and reporting any taxes owed on your earnings. We may request tax documentation before issuing payouts.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation for violations of this Creator Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law. Earnings that violate this Creator Agreement may be reversed.
Limitation of Liability
The limitations of liability in the Terms of Service apply to your participation as a Creator.
Changes
We may update this Creator Agreement. Material changes will be reflected by a new version and effective date in the Legal Center.
