Our Approach

We collect only what we need to operate the Services, fulfill your orders, deliver the Academy and partner programs, secure the platform, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash, role, and the workspace(s) you belong to.
  • Order and payment data: items purchased, shipping address, order history, and payment metadata returned by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Program data: application responses, enrollment status, course progress, quiz attempts, partner milestones, wholesale requests, supplier invoices, and similar program records.
  • Communications: messages you send us, support tickets, marketing preferences, and SMS opt-in records.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, log data, referrer, and basic usage analytics needed to operate and secure the Services.
  • AI inputs and outputs: prompts you submit and the outputs our systems generate on your behalf.

How We Use Information

  • Operate, maintain, and secure the Services.
  • Fulfill orders and deliver program benefits.
  • Personalize content and recommendations.
  • Communicate transactional, program, and (with consent) marketing messages.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, we rely on contract performance, our legitimate interests in operating a secure and useful platform, your consent (for marketing and certain analytics), and legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate the Services (hosting, payments, shipping, email, analytics, AI providers) under contract. We may share data to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect rights, safety, and property. In a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, financing), data may transfer subject to this Policy.

Cookies and Tracking

See our Cookie Policy for the categories of cookies we use and your choices.

AI and Automation

Some Services use AI to generate recommendations, summaries, drafts, or insights. See the AI & Automation Disclosure for how AI is used and how to interpret AI outputs.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for marketing. Contact us using the address below to exercise these rights. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data category.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new version and effective date in the Legal Center.
