Scope
This Wholesale Buyer Agreement ("Wholesale Agreement") governs purchases of products at wholesale pricing through Barber Collectives. It supplements the Terms of Service.
Eligibility
Wholesale pricing is offered to verified businesses that have been approved by Barber Collectives. Approval may require business verification, resale documentation where applicable, account standing, and compliance with program criteria. Approval may be revoked.
Resale and Channel
Wholesale products are intended for resale through your approved channels. You will not list wholesale products on unauthorized marketplaces, gray-market resellers, or any channel that we have not approved in writing. Map-pricing, brand-representation, and channel requirements communicated by Barber Collectives form part of this Wholesale Agreement.
Orders, Pricing, and Minimums
Pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, and payment terms are displayed in the wholesale dashboard and may change. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Where prices change after order placement, the price at acceptance applies.
Payment
Payment terms are as displayed at checkout or in your account. Late payments may incur interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law. Unpaid amounts may be referred for collection at your cost.
Shipping, Damage, and Returns
Risk of loss passes on delivery to your carrier unless otherwise agreed. Visible damage or shortage must be reported within the window described in the wholesale dashboard. Returns require pre-authorization.
Branding and Marketing
You may describe yourself as an authorized retailer of approved Barber Collectives products while in good standing. You will use approved imagery and messaging and will not modify, co-brand, or repackage products without written consent.
Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing, terms, and dashboard data are confidential and may not be disclosed to competitors or the public.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate wholesale access for violations of this Wholesale Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law, or for non-payment. Outstanding amounts remain due.
Limitation of Liability
The limitations of liability in the Terms of Service apply to wholesale purchases.
Changes
We may update this Wholesale Agreement. Material changes will be reflected by a new version and effective date in the Legal Center.
