Standard U.S. shipping is $7 for orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Free-shipping eligibility is based on your subtotal after applicable discounts and is confirmed by Shopify checkout. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and ship from Whittier, CA and Clifton, NJ, with standard transit of 3–5 business days. Our Miami, FL address is a registered business and mailing address only — it is not a warehouse and orders do not ship from there. Barber Collectives sells and ships within the United States only.
Where applicable, Hanz de Fuko's manufacturer warranty is provided directly by the brand under its own terms and varies by product and sales channel. Our team helps coordinate eligible claims end-to-end.
30-day returns on unused product in original packaging. Request an RMA before shipping anything back: we provide or pay for the return label on damaged, defective or incorrect items, while change-of-mind returns are shipped back at the customer's cost.
