SMS MARKETING TERMS

These SMS Marketing Terms govern the BARBER COLLECTIVES™ SMS program ("BARBER COLLECTIVES"), owned and operated by VGR USA LLC.

These SMS Marketing Terms are the same compliance document as our Mobile Terms of Service and describe how the Barber Collectives SMS marketing program works.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Barber Collectives. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and our marketing calendar, and is typically limited to up to 8 messages per month for the general marketing program. Transactional messages related to orders you place (order confirmation, shipping, delivery, returns) are separate and may be sent as needed to service your order.

Carrier Liability

Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket, are not liablefor delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us or by you to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Supported Carriers

The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and reside in the United States to enroll.

Privacy

Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile opt-in data or phone numbers, and mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
